Soon after writing about Craig Brackins yesterday the news broke that the
rising senior had made a commitment to attend Iowa State. But Brackins is
not the only prospect from Brewster Academy that has an Indiana scholarship

Emmanuel Negedu received such an offer this spring. Negedu is a strong
225-pound forward from Nigeria that put powerful inside game on display recently
in Bloomington at the Adidas May Classic.

"Probably right now he is an undersized four," said Brewster head coach Jason
Smith earlier this week. "He is very similar to a young man we had last
year by the name of Jeff Adrien. Jeff had a pretty strong freshman season
at UConn this year."
