Tallahassee, Fla., Lincoln produces a number of prospects each year including Auburn linebacker signee Craig Stevens in 2006.

Now the Tigers have dipped into Lincoln for their fourth commitment of the 2007 class in defensive back Mike Slade.

"Auburn is a great all-around school," said Slade. "It's an excellent school academically and also athletically. It's also close to home. It was just the right decision at the right time. I couldn't let an opportunity like this pass me by.

"It's a perfect fit."
