For Highland Springs, Va., athlete Chris Hill, College Park is new territory.

The Maryland Terrapins introduced the 5-foot-11 burner to campus and provided him a close look at the football program during last Saturday's scrimmage.

"This is my first visit to Maryland," Hill said. "I like it so far. It's been pretty nice. It's a good atmosphere, and I've met a lot of good people. I'm taking this opportunity to meet all the coaches and see how Maryland football runs."

Hill's ability to run is what makes him a hot commodity in the eyes of college football coaches. He runs a 4.4 4 and just as importantly, his track speed carries over to the field.
