Wooten is Penn State's top choice for punter
One position for Penn State that needs to be replaced in 2007 is punter.
The Nittany Lions have senior Jeremy Kapinos, who will be finishing his career with Penn State after this fall. Other than Kapinos the team has a pair of backups in freshman walk-on Jeremy Boone of Mechanicsburg, Pa. and senior Brandon Ream.

Wooten is currently planning a trip to visit Penn State with his family.
"I talked to Coach Larry Johnson and he seemed very high on me, and he thought I was their number one guy," said Wooten, who was named a member of the top 12 kickers by California kicking guru Chris Sailer.
