The Philadelphia Catholic League is where WVU recruiter/defensive line coach Bill Kirelawich has gone the last two seasons to fetch prospects with startling results. First came Fairless Hills (Pa.) Conwell-Egan running back Steve Slaton. All Slaton did this season was score six touchdowns in one game, earn the Sugar Bowl MVP and a second team All-American freshman designation.
