C.E. Kaiser, who is a 6-foot-5, 263-pound offensive tackle from C.E. Kaiser, who is a 6-foot-5, Veradale (Wash.) Central Valley, hopes to bring a new attitude to the Oregon Ducks team with his blue collar mentality and great work ethic. Kaiser is realistic in having to gain some weight for the future, but the Oregon coaching staff has noticed his quickness off of the ball.
