The state of California is no stranger to top prep quarterbacks and it looks like the west coast will once again be loaded with premier signal callers, including West Hills (CA) Chaminade's Chris Turner. The 6-4, 200-pound blue-chip has yet to pick up his first offer, but his talents have him drawing heavy interest from schools all over the country, including The University of Texas.
