Troy Fumagalli was one of three Wisconsin recruits who has been wavering on his status with the Badgers.

That changed on Wednesday when the 6-foot-5, 215-pound tight end informed the UW staff that he was 100 percent committed. The stimulus for the reassurance came from Gary Andersen's first big outside hire as head coach of the Badgers.
