Mississippi State goes back out onto the road tonight taking on Arkansas at 8 p.m.
The Bulldogs are 2-2 in conference play having dropped two straight games last week and fell to 7-9 overall this season.
MSU has won seven of the last 10 meetings against the Razorbacks but still trail the overall series 28-25. Arkansas is 18-5 in games played in Fayetteville but the Bulldogs have claimed three of the last five at Bud Walton Arena.
The two teams split last year's matchups with the Hogs claiming a 98-88 decision at home and State winning 79-59 at Humphrey Coliseum. In the last outing, Arnett Moultrie paved the way for the Bulldogs with a double-double performance of 20 points and 10 rebounds.
Mississippi State suffered a 72-57 loss at Tennessee on Saturday. The Bulldogs trailed by eight points at the break and were able to cut the deficit down to four but could get no closer. Junior shooting guard Jalen Steele led MSU with 15 points in his hometown of Knoxville.
