Skinner has another steady season
Deontae Skinner received his first starting experience last season.
But with a year of playing time under his belt, the junior linebacker unleashed his talents on the Southeastern Conference this fall.
"Things really haven't changed much from last year to this year," Skinner said. "It's just another year and I'm older. I understand the defense much more and I'm just picking up on everything, not only my assignments but the guy next to me. I'm just enjoying my process of being here."
Skinner finished the regular season fourth in tackles for the Bulldogs. He made 61 stops including five tackles for loss, three pass breakups, two quarterback hurries and a forced fumble.
