WVSports.com Football wasn't always the first option for a well-traveled defensive end from El Dorado (Kan.) Butler C.C. but with a little push from his father, he's since realized it's his best.
Ufomba Kamalu (uh-fum-ba ka-maloo), 6-foot-6, 280-pounds, is the son of two Nigerian immigrants that split the school years and summers between California, with his parents, and Nigeria, with his grandmother, during the early years of his life. However, once he hit middle school, Kamalu permanently laid residence in the United States and moved to Georgia for his high school football.
