THE CAMERA EYE: LSU @ AU, Pt. 1

AuburnSports.com Auburn's defense took some significant steps forward in the Tigers' 12-10 loss to LSU last weekend. The Bayou Bengals came into the game featuring one of the nation's most high-scoring attacks and left fortunate to remain undefeated.
How did defensive coordinator Brian VanGorder prompt such a big improvement? He made some great calls, sure, but players operated at a different speed because of strategic familiarity and the rush of playing such a highly regarded team at home.
