K-State defenses frustrate Nebraska

GoPowercat.com Coming off their most uninspired performance of the season in which Kansas State coach Frank Martin readily admits "we didn't play worth a you-know-what" at No. 6 Kansas last weekend, the Wildcats dialed up their defense Wednesday at Bramlage Coliseum. They forced turnovers to help key their turnaround in a 69-53 win over Nebraska, which sent an irate fifth-year coach Doc Sadler recounting an unpleasant trek down memory lane.
