Newest Rutgers commit Savon Huggins had quite an audience Friday afternoon inside St. Peter's Prep High School library as he announced his college decision. Among that crowd was another New Jersey senior who will also be suiting up in scarlet next season. Manalapan quarterback Mike Bimonte made the trip up to Jersey City for the monumental occasion.
