Back in June, four-star athlete Bill Belton of Atco (N.J.) Winslow Township became another important part of an impressive recruiting class at Pittsburgh. On Wednesday, after dealing with the coaching change at Pitt for a week, Belton decided to de-commit and reopen his recruitment.
