K-State heads on the road to Washington State
For most on Frank Martin's Kansas State team, a squad entirely comprised of players who grew up east of Manhattan, the site of their first true road game of the season might as well be Siberia. Few have seen Pullman, Wash., in pictures and even fewer have been there, but that doesn't mean there aren't a few mental images floating around the locker room. The one voiced by guard Jacob Pullen was possibly the most vague, however, as the senior painted his mental picture of Pac 10's smallest city with broad strokes and a giant brush.
