Noles building a strong foundation at Aquinas
FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- In just his first full season at Florida State, head coach Jimbo Fisher is making recruiting in South Florida a huge priority. That is especially the case at one of the most storied football programs in the state, St. Thomas Aquinas.
Former Raider standouts currently on FSU's roster include offensive lineman Andrew Datko and cornerback Lamarcus Joyner. That number will likely double in 2011. Current St. Thomas Aquinas seniors Rashad Greene (WR) and Bobby Hart (OL), both four-star prospects according to Rivals.com, have made verbal commitments to Florida State. This weekend, the standout prospects helped lead STA to a big win over Kingsland (Ga.) Camden County, 42-28, in a nationally televised game.
