Texas Tech set an opening-day attendance record over the weekend as 57,528 fans packed Jones AT&T Stadium to watch the Red Raiders take on the visiting SMU Mustangs. Among those in attendance was Amarillo (Texas) defensive lineman and Tech commit James Castleman.
