Robinson makes the call
Mississippi State picked up their second commitment Friday even before Big Dawg Camp began when three-star running back Josh Robinson gave the Bulldogs his commitment.
The 5-foot-9, 185-pound speedster from Franklinton, La., gave his pledge to Dan Mullen upon arriving on campus.
"It's just the family atmosphere and how they seem natural," Robinson said. "They don't try to pressure you into coming up here. The classrooms are going to be great, the team is just great itself so I'm going to love to come up here."
Robinson chose the Bulldogs over offers from Alabama, Memphis, Ole Miss, Oklahoma State, Southern Miss, Central Florida, Louisiana Tech and Memphis.
MSU has produced several top running backs in recent years including J.J. Johnson, Jerious Norwood and Anthony Dixon. Robinson hopes to follow along right in their footsteps.
