Over the past few months, Jefferson High linebacker Ramik Wilson has seen his recruitment start to soar. The highly-touted Tampa product is up to thirteen offers, including one from Rutgers. While interest continues to mount from schools around the country, the RU staff appears to be making a direct effort to make an impression on Wilson.
