The decision to transfer to Dr. Phillips in Orlando, Fla. meant more than just a fresh start for Hasean Clinton-Dix but also represented a new beginning of sorts.

Clinton-Dix was a running back at cross-town Edgewater but switched to the defensive side of the ball where he played both cornerback and safety for Dr. Phillips and the results were beneficial to both parties.
