Kiehl Frazier will have no shortage of choices when it comes to where he would like to play college football. The dual-threat quarterback from Springdale, Ark., has a national offer list that now includes Notre Dame after assistant coach Ed Warinner extended a scholarship on Friday. Frazier is already considering a spring trip to see Notre Dame up close.
