Off-season important for young players

GOAZCATS.com The college football off-season lasts perhaps the longest of all the major sports. From January through September, players have eight months to get bigger, stronger, faster, and to better learn their respective positions. Spring and fall practice provides players an opportunity to demonstrate to their coaches that they are worthy of playing time.
