Some Tennessee fans have said for years that the Vols don't take enough in-state talent. Jackson, Tennessee athlete Jabriel Washington would help defeat that plea and would give the Vols a prospect that is a game changer. Washington knows a good bit about the Vols having been in Knoxville, but he doesn't know the new Vol staff. A staff he will meet for the first time the end of this month.
