Hoover, Alabama linebacker John Propst has been verbally committed to West Virginia since the Summer. He recently decided to take a trip to Tennessee this weekend and now you can call him a former Mountaineer commitment. Sunday morning, Propst informed the Vol coaches and the West Virginia coaches that he college career will take place in Knoxville, Tennessee.
