KU wins overtime thriller in Bramlage
Manhattan, Kan. - Playing its toughest road game of the regular season and doing so in a hostile environment that rivals no other, No. 2 ranked Kansas (20-1; 6-0) withstood every blow No. 9 ranked Kansas State (17-4; 4-3) delivered on Saturday night. When the dust final settled after two 20 minutes halves and an overtime session, Bill Self and the Jayhawks emerged victorious, 81-79. Cole Aldrich scored a team-high 18 points, pulled down 11 rebounds and swatted three shots, as Kansas won its second straight game in Manhattan.
